We believe that our staff are our greatest asset. We aim to employ staff who share our high standards and expectations and then to look after and invest in them to ensure they reach their own potential.

 

We aim:

  • To pay a "Living Wage" to the lowest paid staff

 

To achieve these aims we offer enhanced salaries to teaching and support staff, the option of 3 days "personal time" leave during term time and more generous sick pay arrangements than most other schools. 

 

Spiral Partnership Trust promotes a culture of high standards, high expectations and high rewards. This is reflected in enhanced salaries for all staff; our payscale for teachers is enhanced at all levels, as a result teachers currently earn 5% more than teachers in other schools - for an ECT that's £1,500 more than other starting salaries

 

Typically our support staff earn  more than staff in similar roles at other schools because they are paid for more weeks of the year - not just for term time.
