Spiral Partnership Trust will shape a better future, providing an excellent education for all underpinned by strong relationships, innovation and collaboration.

Working with key stakeholders, Spiral Partnership Trust ensure that

  • our children and their learning come first in all decision making;
  • the distinct strengths and characteristics of our schools and all those within the community are recognised and celebrated;
  • through innovation and collaboration, expertise and research are shared with our family of schools and beyond.

Spiral Partnership Trust is a community of five Hertfordshire primary schools working together to make a positive difference to children's lives. The partnership of schools work in collaboration to provide an exceptional quality of education to children.

  • The recruitment of ambitious passionate teachers and support staff who want to make a difference to children’s lives
  • High quality training, including regular input from nationally recognised trainers, and providing international opportunities where possible
  • System-led leadership and organisation
  • The best possible teaching complimented by high expectations of behaviour and organisation
  • Expertise-led governance to support and challenge each school
  • A focus on evidence-based research to inform educational practice

The CEO and Executive Headteachers work closely with the Headteachers of our schools to share the Trust values across the learning community and the Trust supports and develops outstanding teachers and leaders as they take on the challenges of headship.  The Trust provides support services to other schools in need within our geographical area and senior leaders are encouraged to play a full part in partnerships and networking groups in Hertfordshire and beyond.

We welcome new members to our Trust who can share our ambition. Our Associate Programme allows Local Authority schools to experience the benefits of being part of a strong Multi-Academy Trust.

We are a relational trust with big ambitions. We work closely with HFL Education and Hertfordshire Local Authority and are proud to be part of the "Hertfordshire family" of schools.
