Our skilled team of directors and LSC members are key to the success of the Trust and the individual schools

Good Trusts are supported and challenged by great directors.  Good schools are challenged and supported by strong governance; we therefore encourage expertise led director and governance teams. 

Directors and LSC members are recruited for the specific additional skills that they can contribute to the schools -  business, law, finance and a knowledge of the local community are all important elements of a successful school.  By supporting our teachers and leaders with their expert knowledge LSCs make a real difference to our schools.  Together everyone makes a difference to children's lives.

We welcome applications from interested members of the local community who would like to contribute their skills and knowledge to the Trust either as a director or as a member of a Local School Committee.
