Spiral believes in lifelong learners and lifelong learning. For this reason, we support all of our staff to take their professional development seriously.
As an employer we pay into the National Apprenticeship Levy, which allows us to access Government funding to access nationally accredited training.
We work with a range of recognised providers to support our staff from across all aspects of our operation to flourish under this programme; from gaining qualified teaching status (QTS) to becoming a qualified accountant as a member of our finance team, we are here to invest in you.
Spiral Partnership Trust has supported me through various apprenticeships, enabling me to complete the Chartered Accountancy exams with CIMA. The team has provided valuable guidance, practical experience and encouragement at every stage, helping me build both my skills and confidence.
