Androulla Peek


CEO, Director of Business 

Specialist area:  Education and school improvement

Androulla has 19 years’ experience as a senior leader and Headteacher in a number of schools. Her focus on high quality education led to attaining Beacon status for her previous school and an outstanding OFSTED grading twice for Fleetville Infant and Nursery School before becoming the Executive Headteacher of Fleetville Junior School in 2014. Androulla has worked closely with the Hertfordshire school improvement team as a Hertfordshire Consultant Headteacher and, more recently, as a NCTL accredited National Leader of Education; with the brief of supporting underperforming schools. This support work focusses on her fundamental passion for strengthening the leadership of the schools so that they are in a better position to drive improvement. She is committed to supporting ambition and improvement through coaching others and establishing organisational structures that allow all areas of school life and the quality of teaching to be well led and managed.


Androulla’s belief in collaborative partnerships and in working with the wider community to support positive outcomes for children is at the heart of her involvement with extended services for schools. She has leadership responsibility  for The Alban Way group of Children’s Centres as well as The Local Partnership of school family workers. She has been the Headteacher representative on the Hertfordshire Early Year’s Consultative Executive Group and sits on the management board of FIPC, a School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) provider.



Amanda Godfrey


CEO, Director of Education

Specialist area:  Education and school improvement

Amanda has over 20 years' experience as a headteacher during which time has successfully led and transformed several schools.  She is passionate about school improvement and has worked as in a number of school improvement roles; as an NLE, an Ofsted inspector and Local Authority School Improvement Partner.  Amanda works closely with the Hertfordshire local authority and has been an active member of Primary Heads Forum Executive for many years; she has a deep understanding of schools as complex organisations - efficient businesses and providers of learning and enjoyment for children.  She is a Governor at Edge Grove School and was a founder board member of Herts For Learning.


Amanda has an expert knowledge of teaching and learning, her leadership style is characterised by high standards in every area of school life. She leads rigorous self evaluation of all activities, underpinned by high expectations and a commitment to continuous development of staff.  Amanda believes in high levels of personal and whole school accountability in order to meet the needs of each child and diverse communities. 


Amanda is committed to providing high quality learning environments, she oversaw a £5.5 million major reconstruction of the infrastructure of Mandeville School. Through setting the highest standards, tenacity and determination, she created an environment with learning at its heart.
